Pottu Kodalai (Roasted Gram)
Vellai Ulunthu (White Urad Dal)
Kadalai Paruppu (Chana Dal)
Paasi Paruppu (Moong Dal)
Milagai (Red Chilli)
Milagu (Black Pepper)
Cumin
Perungaya Powder (Asafoetida)
Salt
Usage:
Serve Idli Podi with Idlis or Dosas.
- Mix a little podi with ghee (clarified butter) or sesame oil to make a paste and use as a dip or spread.
- Sprinkle on uttapam (thick pancake).
- Mix with rice and ghee/oil for a quick, flavorful meal.
