Ingredients

  • Toor Dal

  • Pepper

  • Cumin

  • Black Gram Dal

  • Coriander

  • Asafoetida

  • Chilly

  • Gram Dal

Usage Suggestions

  1. Boil 200 g dhal.

  2. Fry mustard, chopped onions, green chillies, and curry leaves in edible oil till golden brown.

  3. Add 100 g vegetable cuttings of your choice, 2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, and 1 spoon sambar powder.

  4. Add salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes.

  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Tasty Sambar is now ready to serve!
