Raw Pearl Millet
How to Use
Step 1:

Mix 50 g (2 tbsp) of Pearl Millet Mix, ¼ cup (50 ml) of curd, and approx 50–100 ml of water.

Stir well until smooth and lump-free.

Rest batter for 10 minutes.
(Tip: Add water gradually until you reach the right consistency.)
Step 2:

Heat a flat pan on medium.

Grease with oil, butter, or ghee.

Pour batter, spread evenly, and cook until both sides turn golden brown.

(Note: This millet blend may take longer to cook than regular flours. Be patient for the perfect dosa!)
Step 3:

Serve hot with your favorite chutney.

Or make creative wraps with cheese or sautéed vegetables.
