How to Make (Usage Instructions):
Step 1:
In a sauce pan, add water and palm jaggery.
Boil and melt the jaggery completely.
Step 2:
Strain the jaggery juice and bring it back to boil.
Gradually add Black Urad Dal flour, stirring continuously so it combines well.
Step 3:
Add gingelly oil in intervals and keep stirring.
Step 4:
When the mixture thickens and starts to roll like a ball without sticking to the pan, turn off the flame.
Step 5:
Make small balls out of the mixture and store in an airtight container.
