Einiyaa Multi grain Dosa Mix:
Ingredients Inside:
Ragi, Maize, Samba Wheat, Red Rice, Black Gram, White Gram,
Black Cownie Rice, Barley Rice, Red Gram, Green Peas, Sukku,
Asafoetida, Peanuts, Kidney Beans, Karamani, Flat Beans, Soyabeans,
Sorghum, Horse Gram, Sago, Mapillai Samba, Peanuts,
Cardamom, Cracked Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews & Pistachios
How to Use:
Step 1:
Mix 50g (or 2 tbsp) of dosa mix,
1/4 cup (50 ml) of curd,
50–100 ml of water.
Stir well to get a smooth, lump-free batter.
Rest for 10 minutes.
(Tip: Add water gradually until you get the right consistency
Step 2:

Heat a flat pan on medium.

Grease with oil, butter, or ghee.

Pour batter and spread evenly.

Cook until both sides turn golden brown.
(Note: Multigrain blend may take a little longer than regular flours—be patient!)
Step 3:
Serve with your favorite chutney or roll it up with cheese/salted veggies for a delicious wrap!
