Ingredients
Murungai keerai, Karuppu Ulunthu, Pottu Kodalai, Vellai Ulunthu, Kadalai Paruppu, Paasi Paruppu, Milagai, Milagu, Cumin, Asafoetida & Salt
Usage
Serve Idli Podi with Idlis or dosas. Mix a little podi with ghee (clarified butter) or sesame oil to form a paste and use it as a dip or spread. You can also sprinkle on Uthappam (thick pancake) or mix with rice along with the same ghee or oil for a quick and flavorful meal.
Best before: 6 months from the date of packing
