Boil 200 g dhal.

Fry mustard, chopped onions, green chillies, and curry leaves in edible oil till golden brown.

Add 100 g vegetable cuttings of your choice, 2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, and 1 spoon sambar powder.

Add salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Tasty Sambar is now ready to serve!
