Ingredients
White Corn, Yellow Corn, Green Gram, Horse Gram, Little Millet, Black Chickpea, Soybeans, Wheat, Gram Dal, Idli Rice, Cardamom, Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Kodo Millet, Barley Rice, Mappillai Samba, Black Cowni Rice, Bamboo Rice, Horse Tail Rice, Foxtail Rice, Almonds & Sukku.
Usage Instructions

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Health Mix powder with little water or milk to make a smooth paste.

In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to boil.

Add the Health Mix paste into the boiling liquid, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the porridge thickens.

Add your preferred sweetener and a pinch of cardamom powder if using.
